Businessman Mamed Abasov has been registered as a member of parliament of the sixth calling by the Central Electoral Commission, RIA Novosti reports.
Abasov of the United Russia Party will replace Khizri Shikhsayidov. The latter has become the head of the Dagestani parliament.
