The United States is holding talks with representatives of the Afghanistani Taliban movement, Reuters cites Afghanistan's President Hamid Karzai as saying.
It was reported in January that the Taliban was going to open an office in Qatar in order to hold talks with the US. The information was confirmed by then US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
