Raffi Ovannisyan, leader of the Heritage Party and candidate for President of Armenia, has declined the invitation of President Serzh Sargsyan to meet, as stated by Sargsyan’s spokesman Armen Arzumanyan.
Ovannisyan was second in the presidential campaign. He met Sargsyan on February 21 and discussed problems of the electoral and post-electoral period.
Ovannisyan was also on a hunger strike during campaigning.
