The OSCE will monitor the Azerbaijani and Armenian contract line of forces south-west of Tapgaragoyunlu in the Geranboysky District of Azerbaijan.
The Azerbaijani side will be monitored by personal representative of OSCE chairman Andrzej Kasprzyk, his assistants Christo Christov and William Pryor and an official of the OSCE High Level Planning Group Michael Dolan.
The Armenian side will be monitored by field assistants of personal representative of OSCE chairman Irzhi Aberle and Yevgeny Sharov and head of the OSCE High Level Planning Group Pavlo Shamayev.
