Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has ordered the creation an unified energy control system at all energy facilities in the North Caucasus within a month, RIA Novosti reports.
"This should become a fundamentally new system designed to monitor all kinds of energy facilities. The Caucasus needs such a system," the president noted at a meeting on Wednesday's militant attack on the Baksan hydropower station.
