Dagestani acting President Ramazan Abdulatipov, two vice premiers, acting ministers for communications, trade and foreign economic relations and economy visited an IT park in Tatarstan and observed electronic trade, GLONASS+112 and Microsoft Windows 8, RIA Dagestan reports.
Abdulatipov called Rustam Minnikhanov, Leader of Tatarstan, the most creative chief of a region in Russia.
They had a closed-door meeting, signed the protocol on realization of the agreement for trade-economic, scientific and cultural cooperation.
Abdulatipov said that he was given numerous pieces of advice. He expressed interest in the IT park, Selskoye Podvorye project, education, staff training.
