Dagestani acting president joins Instagram

The Acting President of the Dagestani Republic, Ramazan Abdulatipov, has joined Instagram. The head of the republic already has accounts on Twitter and vKontakte.

The aim of such social networking is to draw the attention of young people to the official's activity, RIA Dagestan reports.
