Abkhazia celebrates the 18th anniversary of the republic's flag on Friday, reports News.am.
The law on national symbols was approved 18 years ago on the 23 of July 1992 by the Supreme Soviet of Abkhazia, headed by Vladislav Ardzinba. The national flag, according to the Constitutional Law from 23 of July 2003, is an official state symbol of Abkhazia.
