Russia doesn't provide Abkhazia with loans, but with financial aid - president

The president of the semi-recognized Georgian break-away republic of Abkhazia, Alexander Ankvab, says Russia does not provide his country with loans, but rather with financial aid.

"These are not debts we will have to pay back, this is financial aid for social and economic development," he says.
