Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov said that Russian and Chinese experts should join the group of international observers monitoring use of chemical weapons in Syria, RIA Novosti reports.
The group should carry out an impartial investigation of use of chemicals weapons in Syria on March 19. Damascus requested UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to form an independent commission to investigate use of chemical weapons by militants.
25 people were killed and 86 injured by chemical weapons in Aleppo. Syrian militants denied and said that a Skad missile with chemical weapons was used.
