Former leader of the National Coalition of Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces Moaz al-Khatib will make a speech at the LAS summit on Doha.
The summit will be held on Tuesday-Wednesday.
Al-Khatib announced resignation on Facebook. He emphasized that it had nothing to do with appointment of Hasan Hitto as Prime Minister of opposition.
