The Russian Investigative Committee has ensured that the case of the kidnapping and abuse of a man
in Moscow in 2011 will be submitted to court, RIA-Novosti reports.
"Novaya Gazeta" reported today that a number of lawenforcement officers did not turn up to work today in protest at the
release of Kadyrov's guards, who were accused of kidnapping and abusing
a man in Moscow. The Investigative Committee stressed that the FSB
officers from the article are fictional characters, since only the Interior Ministry has been working on the case.
