Saakashvili expressed his dissatisfaction with the fact that the work there has been suspended.
The railway connecting Baku, Tbilisi and Kars is being built on the basis of the Georgian-Azerbaijani-Turkish intergovernmental agreement.
Azerbaijan has provided a loan of $ 775 million for the construction of the Georgian section of the road.
