Armenia's Dashnaktsutyun party uncertain about participation in Sarsgyan's inauguration

Armenia's opposition Dashnaktsutyun party is uncertain about its participation in President Serzh Sarsgyan's inauguration because of Sarsgyan's conflict with Raffi Hovannisyan, the head of the party's faction in the Armenian parliament, Artur Vardaryan, says.

"No one knows what Hovannisyan will do on April 9th," he said.
