Mayor Sobyanin: CIS citizens to enter Russia with international passports

Sobyanin has come out in support of Putin's initiative to toughen the visa regime with Russia's neighbors in the CIS.
According to experts,  in Moscow there are about 400 thousand migrants.
The initiative on the introduction of international passports for citizens of CIS was announced by Vladimir Putin in the Federal Assembly
Recent polls show that more than 70 percent of Russians approve of a stricter migration policy, including criminal penalties for violating immigrant law and measures to prevent the appearance of ghetto-like immigrant enclaves.
