Chechen MP Shamsail Saraliyev sent a request to Prosecutor General Yuri Chayka to check whether Ingush Prime Minister Musa Chiliyev was paying militants million of dollars, Izvestia reports.
Ibragim Torzhkhoyev, a militant, said on Channel One that Chiliyev was paying militants $1 million a month. The militant was part of Doku Umarov’s gang.
Chiliyev refused to comment on the issue.
