The CIS leaders will meet in Minsk in October 2013 to discuss about 20 topics and sign the Minsk Declaration of Heads of State, News Azerbaijan reports.
The CIS Council of Foreign Ministers will have a meeting prior to the summit to consider the schedule and the declaration project.
