START treaty between Russia and the USA is ready for signing in Prague

By now, all the documents  concerning START treaty signing, have been agreed  Itar-tass received this information today from a source in the Kremlin. According to him, “Prague is really considered one of the most probable places for signing the treaty”.  However, “the final time and place will be setermined by the Russian and U.S. Presidents” – he noted
According to the  office of  Václav Klaus, the signing will take place exactly in Prague.. The Czech President’s spokesmen said,  that the Russian ambassador in Prague said to Klaus that the signing date will be affirmed later, Reuters reports.
