The court hearing on the coup d'etat case in Turkey has been postponed until April 11 due to rallies.
Thousands of supporters of the ultra-nationalist organization "Ergenekon", whose members are among the defendants in the case, rioted in front of the prison in a suburb of Istanbul's Silivri, where the final word of lawyers and of the accused was to be heard.
Protesters arrived at the court building in dozens of buses.
