Leader of the Heritage Party of Armenia Raffi Ovannisyan has rallied protesters of Gyumri, who have been protesting for two days. He said that if President Serzh Sargsyan was inaugurated and blesses by Catholicos Karekin II at the Sports and Concert Hall of K. Demirchyan, both should resign.
He offered Sargsyan to come to the Freedom Square. Ovannisyan took oath and promised to fight for true, independent and democratic Armenia.
