Ivanishvili says Georgia acted improperly during 2008 war

Georgian Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili says that the Georgian authorities acted improperly during the 2008 war with Russia.

"I believe the authorities and the president acted inappropriately in that situation, as they started a military operation before Russia crossed the Georgian border," Ivanishvili said.

He also said that it would be a good idea to interrogate President Mikheil Saakashvili about the events of August 2008.
