Acting Dagestani leader Ramazan Abdulatipov topped the rating of heads of the subjects of the NCFD, it was announced by the Public Opinion Foundation.

Three top names in the rating included the head of Dagestan, Ramazan Abdulatipov, the head of Karachay-Cherkessia, Rashid Temrezov, and the head of Kabardino-Balkaria, Arsen Kanokov.
Ramazan Abdulatipov received 72.2% positive responses and only 1.8% negative. The remaining 26% of respondents did not give a definite answer.
The work of Rashid Temrezov was evaluated positively by only 50% of respondents.
The head of KBR, Arsen Kanokov, took third place in the ranking, receiving 31.6% positive responses.
