Magnitsky list includes 18 names

The US Magnitsky list includes 18 names, Reuters cites a source in the US Congress as saying.

Initially it was suggested that the list would include hundreds of names of the officials responsible for human rights violations in Russia and especially those responsible for the death of Sergey Magnitsky.

The list will be published today at 10 p. m. Moscow time.

Chechen president Ramzan Kadyrov and the Invetigative Committee's head Alexander Bastrykin are believed to be inlcuded on the list, Interfax cites American media as saying.
