Raffi Hovanissyan, who claims he won the Armenian presidnetial elections despite incumbent President Serzh Sargsyan being officially declared the winner, has visited Moscow.
He told reporters in Yerevan that the visit had taken place on Russia's initiative.
Hovannisyan said that he had met with some Russian officials, but refused to say with whom in particular. He said, however, that he had not met with President Vladimir Putin.
