Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has thanked his Swiss counterpart for representing Russia in Georgia. The statement has been made during a joint press conference.
Russia and Georgia broke off diplomatic relations during the 2008 war and Switzerland has been serving as Russia's representative in Georgia ever since.
