UK Foreign Minister William Hague called on Iran to cooperate with the world community regarding the new EU sanctions against it, reports Trend.
On Monday EU foreign ministers approved additional EU sanctions against Iran. The majority of the sanctions will come into force on July 27, banning investment in the oil and gas sectors and produce that could be used for military purposes. The Iranian sea cargo transportation company Irisil will be restricted to enter european waters, etc.
Hague pointed out that there is a solution for Iran – multilateral negotiations on the nuclear issue. Great Britain is ready to cooperate.
