Russia writes off Kyrgyzstan's debt

Russia has written off Kyrgyzstan's $600 million debt. The corresponding bill was approved today by the State Duma.

The bilateral agreement concerning the Kyrgyz debt was signed by the two countries on September 20, 2012 in Bishkek during a Russian delegation's visit to Kyrgyzstan.
