Today in Baku representatives of Azerbaijan and Japan signed an agreement concerning bilateral cooperation in the sphere of melioration. The project has been launched in the framework of the Japanese aid programme.
The document was signed by Azerbaijani Vice Prime Minister Abid Sharifov and Japanese Ambassador to Azerbaijan Shusuke Vatanabe.
The project is expected to contribute to the agricultural development of Azerbaijan.
