Moscow and Damascus have sent several notes demanding Turkey to return the cargo detained in Ankara in October 2012, Kommersant reports.
Turkey still refuses to return the cargo Russia sent to Syria.
A Syrian Airbus A-320 (SRY442) flying from Moscow and Damascus was forced to land by Turkish F-16s in Ankara on October 10. There were 35 passengers on board, including 17 Russians.
