Armenia and Uruguay have signed an agreement lifting the visa regime to boost bilateral cooperation, News Armenia cites Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan.
Kocharyan noted that the document was signed with account of Uruguay’s recognition of Armenian Genocide by the Ottoman Empire in 1915.
