Georgia to sign non-use of force treaty only with Russia

The Georgian officials have not agreed to establish direct dialogue with Tskhinval and Sukhumi and wouldn't sign non-use of force treaty with Abkhazia and South Ossetia, reports Georgia Online, citing Minister for reintegration Temur Yakobashvili.
"We didn't wage war again them, but against Russia. Russians themselves want to resolve the situation and demonstrate their position is neutral. This trick won't work! We're ready to sign the treaty with Russia, but we also need international guarantees," he said.
