The 32nd special session of the working group established to define the official status of the Caspian Sea opened in Tehran today.Addressing the attendees of the event, Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi said the issue should be settled without the interference of non-Caspian states.
The Iranian official said he believed that regional cooperation would secure the stable development of the region.
"The meeting organized by the regional states show that these countries are indeed interested in regional cooperation," Salehi said.
