Dzokhar Tsarnaev stopped communicating with investigation once he learned of his rights to remain silent

Dzokhar Tsarnaev, suspected of bombing the Boston marathon, has refused to testify. He refused to communicate with the investigation almost immediately after he was informed of his rights, AP reports.

Before Tsarnaev was read his rights, the 19-year-old suspect is said to have told authorities that his older brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev had persuaded him to take part in the attack at the last moment, Interfax reports.
