The Russian government has approved the plan for the state program to encourage compatriots to return to Russia (2013-2015), approved by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, Interfax reports.
The order for the plan was made by the Ministry for Regional Development. The Ministry for Finances was ordered to make all the necessary budget provisions to finance the plan.
