In Ingush-Chechen territorial dispute we need to renegotiate, Chechen leader says

Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has accused his Ingush colleague Yunus -Bek Yevkurov of provocation and violating the federal law concerning the border between the two republics.
According to Kadyrov, the Ingush leader is the initiator of the conflict and is afraid of his people.
Kadyrov said that two districts of the Ingush republic are actually Chechen lands that should be returned to the Chechen people.
