Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered the government to compose a bill simplifying naturalization of speakers of the Russian language, whose relatives had lived in Russia and the USSR, willing to move for permanent citizenship in Russia and ready to abandon their foreign citizenship, Interfax reports.
The bill will be composed before September 15.
