Stavropol court to discuss former mayor's case

 

A court in the southern Russian city of Stavropol is set to discuss the case of former mayor Igor Bestuzhev. The former official is being accused of corruption and illegal arms trading, spokesman for the Russian Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin says. 

 

According to Markin, the police found the necessary evidence of Bestuzhev's guilt and the court can now start hearings.
