Behaviour code to be developed for North Caucasus youth

The office of the presidential envoy to the North Caucasian Federal District has recommended leaders in the region to develop rules of behaviour for youth beyond their republics, RIA Novosti reports, citing the envoy’s deputy, Vladimir Shvetsov.

Shvetsov said that, for example, the young people from the Stavropol Territory fail to take into account other people's views when they go on holiday and their adherence to their own traditions leads to conflicts.

He said that Pyatigorsk is currently working on a code of of behaviour. Shvetsov believes that the code can be presented at schools.
