Georgia interested in close relations with Germany

Georgia is interested in establishing close relations with Germany, the country's Defense Minister Irakly Alasaniya said today at the 2nd Georgian-German strategic forum.

According to the minister, Georgia wants its ties with Germany to be as close as those with the United States, Trend reports.
