The opening of an Armenian Embassy in Stockholm can be a signal for Sweden to open an embassy in Armenia," RIA News quotes the government decision.Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan noted at a sitting on Thursday 2 May that Armenia established diplomatic relations with Sweden in 1992.“Sweden is the only Scandinavian country to have recognized the Genocide. The opening of an embassy has long been on the agenda,” the official said.
