An extended session of the council of supporting development of institution of civil society and human rights at the governor of Kuban, participated by the , took place today. At the session they discussed the incident in the health camp of ‘Don’ in the Tuapsinskiy region of the Hrasnodar Territory, Yuga.ru reports.
A conflict happened in the ‘Don’ between the director of the camp and the Chechen young people. A criminal case was initiated on part 2 of article 213 of the Russian criminal code (Hooliganism).
The council urged people to express tolerance and realize their responsibility. The situation in Stavropol Territory remains stable, there are 120 nationalities living in it. The declaration says that they will not allow increasing tensions between people of different nationalities.
The governor of the Krasnodar Territory Alexander Tkachov had commented on the conflict in the camp.
