Russian vice premier accuses investigative authority of graphomania

 

Russian Vice Premier Vladislav Surkov has refused to comment on the article of Vladimir Markin, spokesman of the Russian Investigative Committee, calling it an act of graphomania, Interfax reports.

Surkov said that Markin had not properly read the text of his speech and called accusation of theft at the Skolkovo Fund unjustified.
