Lebanese Defense Minister Mohammed al-Bagrati has signed a resignation note for the bill infringing his rights for support ex-leader Muammar al-Gaddafi, RIA Novosti reports.
The Foreign Ministry and the Interior Ministry of Libya were surrounded by hundreds of armed people for a week, starting on April 28. People demanded dismissal of Gaddafi’s former supporters, including Prime Minister Ali Zeidan.
Gaddafi was killed after the revolution of February-October 2011. The situation in the country has not stabilized yet.
