Second protocol of Tehran Convention on Caspian Evironemnt signed

The second protocol of the Tehran Convention on the Caspian Environment was signed today by the  Russian Deputy Minister of the Environment, Nokolay Popov, during his visit to Iran.

According the ministry's visit, a protocol crucial to protecting the environment in the Caspian region was signed.
