Fomer Russian lawmaker praises Azerbaijani leader

Former member of the Russian parliament and incumbent head of the Political Research Institute Sergey Markov has just visited Azerbaijan and praises the country's President Ilham Aliyev.

Markov also hails Azerbaijan's economic development and tourism sphere.

"We should learn from the experience of Ilham Aliyev, who implements the Chinese model of development," Markov writes on Facebook.
