The Azerbaijani parliament has passed the Migration Code. The document says that foreigners and stateless people arriving according to no-visa regime will be allowed to stay for 90 days, unless there are international agreements to extend their residence.
Foreigners and stateless people may stay in the country for more than three days if they register. At hotels, sanatoriums, camps, tourism centers, hospitals and other similar places.
