Georgian sea border control detains Ukrainian bulk carrier

The Georgian sea border control has detained a Ukrainian bulk-carrier for entering into the territorial waters of Abkhazia without notifying Georgia, RIA Novosti reports. The ship Accord was stopped after it left Abkhazian waters.
The captain of the ship is a Russian citizen, five crew members are Ukrainians. A criminal case has been initiated against the captain of the ship.
