Georgian president decorates Bill Clinton

Today Georgian Mikheil Saakashvili decorated former US president Bill clinton with the order of St. George's victory for promoting bilateral cooperation between the two states and supporting Georgia.

"You have changed the world for the better. Few people did the same," President Saakashvili told Bill Clinton.

The fomer US president said that it was a great honour to receive such an award.
