Russian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers Sergey Lavrov and Elmar Mammadyarov have met in Moscow to discuss bilateral relations, APA reports.
Mammadyarov expressed hope for constructive dialogue and reminded about the strategic nature of the relations.
