Russia may invest $4 billion in South Ossetia

Russian President Vladimir Putin met today with Leonid Tibilov, the president of the semi-recognized republic of South Ossetia.

The two leaders discussed economic ties between the two countries and Russia's financial aid to the republic. It was stated that all in all Russia may invest some $4 billion in the Georgian breakaway republic.
